I Almost Lost My Business While Trying to Save Someone Else's Life

What happens to your business when you're the single point of failure and life pulls you away?

In this solo episode of She Is A Leader Podcast, Yvonne Heimann tells the story of nearly losing Ask Yvi while caring for her husband through cancer.

From 2012 to 2014, Yvonne's days were medication schedules and doctor drives, while every client and every sale still depended on her alone. By the second year of treatment she was handing clients off, and by the end there was no business left. Years later she caught herself running the same pattern, this time with a team of five depending on her.

This episode explains why she's firing herself from her own company, plus the weekend test that shows if your business can run without you.
